3. Prices and Payments

Payments and digital product delivery are processed through Payhip and its supported payment providers. Any applicable taxes and additional charges will be displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to change product prices, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
4. Digital Downloads
After successful payment, customers will receive access to the digital products purchased through the delivery process provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring their devices can open the purchased file format.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing digital content online may have a 14-day cancellation right.
Where digital delivery begins during this period, customers may lose that cancellation right only where the legal requirements have been met, including obtaining their express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the cancellation right will be lost.
We will not refuse a refund or other remedy where customers have statutory rights, including where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
